Orchids: Panama is a warm tropical country with about 1,000 species, 10% of them are endemic. Fortunately, about 28% of the area of Panama has been declared as National Park or Protected Areas to conserve its astonishing bio diversity.

Finca Lerida: As suggested in Robert S. Ridgley’s A Guide to The Birds of Panama, Finca Lerida is a place to go “searching for quetzals and other specialties”. The estate is an exclusive private nature reserve at an altitude ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 feet above sea level, Finca Lerida is a unique and preferred destination for people interested in exploring its rich flora and fauna, for bird watchers, nature photographers and eco-tourism in general.

Paradise Garden: Paradise Gardens is a unique Wildlife Rescue Center which is set within 4 acres of splendidly landscaped gardens. Started back in 2005 by Paul and Jenny Saban from England, the gardens and inhabitants have evolved in to one of the ‘must see destination’ in the whole of Chiriqui Province. You can visit their web site to see the many rescued animals returned to the wild.

Mi Jardín Es Su Jardín (My Garden Is Your Garden): a horticultural Eden surrounding a private estate on the outskirts of Boquete. It’s a residence of singular beauty: nearly 12 persons work full time taking care, cleaning and planting beautiful gardens with more than 200 species of flowers, with artificial creeks and ponds where hundreds of carp fish live and reproduce.

Panama Coffee: Boquete, Panama and Gourmet coffee have become synonymous. Visit a high elevation coffee estate, learn the process, and taste some of the best coffee in the world.

El Explorador: located at Jaramillo Arriba, is a private farm converted into a big garden with recycled goods that have been transformed into attractions for the visitor. Here you can find gorgeous rose gardens, a great variety of plants, and in each corner, thoughts of great wisdom.

1:30 arrive at Orchid Farm • this is a private Orchid farm: they have won all the awards for Best Orchid’s, the past few years, at the Boquete Flower Show. They are single specimen, exotic, one of a kind orchids in the middle of a coffee farm.
2:30 depart for Paradise Garden—Wildlife Rescue Center
2:45 arrive at Paradise Garden

After Paradise Garden you have the option of the following:
